Built to fix a problem we lived.

LuceraAI started inside a working MSSP. Our analysts were struggling to keep up with the volume of alerts and signals arriving from different tools, each one needing the same checks before anyone could decide what mattered.

We were facing the same challenge as the organisations we protect: too many alerts, too few hours, and the quiet risk of the ones nobody had time to look at properly. So we built the tool we needed. One that investigates every alert, shows its working, and hands the judgement calls to people.

LuceraAI is that tool, now available to every security team facing the same problem. It is built by detection and response practitioners who still run it on live estates every day.

I started LuceraAI because of a question every security team asks at the end of a long shift: which alerts did we not get to?

LuceraAI began inside a working MSSP, where I saw that question play out every day. Our tools kept getting better at raising alerts, but the hours in the day stayed the same. Our analysts did excellent work, yet they still had to decide which alerts deserved a proper look and which would get a glance. Nobody chose to ignore anything. There simply was not time, and the alerts that looked routine were the ones that waited.

So we built the tool we needed. LuceraAI investigates every alert in full, shows the evidence and reasoning behind each verdict, and stops for a person whenever it is unsure. It takes on the repetitive evidence gathering, so analysts can spend their time on the judgement calls only people can make. And it does nothing on your estate that you have not switched on.

I know how sceptical security people are about AI, because I am one of them. That is why we ask you to test LuceraAI on your own alerts, read-only, before you trust it with anything. If it cannot show its working, it does not belong in your SOC. We are a UK team, we still run LuceraAI on live estates every day, and when you call us, you will speak to the people who build it.
